What if my appliance arrived damaged?
They do their best when delivering products to minimize damages.
- There are times that a unit may arrive damaged. It is very important to inspect the item upon delivery.
If you notice any dents or punctures on the package please refuse the delivery or make note of it on the bill of lading.
If the unit was accepted and signed for and concealed damage is found, the damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Damage can be reported by completing the Returns and Exchanges form.
If the item is refused on delivery due to damage, they will take every possible step to get you a new unit as soon as possible.
If the item is deemed non-repairable by an authorized technician, they will send a replacement unit and pick up the damaged unit. It may take up to 10 days for a service appointment.
