Can I cancel my order?
If you decide to cancel your order for any reason, you must contact CarAudioGiants.com immediately at 1-888-792-2388. If the order has not shipped, a 5% cancellation fee will be charged. If the order has shipped, a 20% restocking fee will be charged. They may cancel the order after receiving your notice. The status of the canceled order will show as "Cancelled" within 48-72 hours after they receive notification of your order cancellation, but before it ships. An order cannot be cancelled if it has already been shipped from their warehouse. You can return it within 30 days from the date of purchase.
What is their return policy?
They are dedicated to serving their customers and believe in the quality of everything sold on their site. Every product sold on their website comes with a warranty through them. If any item is found to be irreparably defective, you may contact a CarAudioGiants.com customer service representative to assist you with warranty service or a replacement of the same model. Any service request is subject to the manufacturer's warranty. NOTE: Physically damaged devices are not covered by any warranty. CarAudioGiants.com reserves the right to charge a 20% minimum restocking fee on items returned unopened and in new condition. Defective products returned after 30 days are not eligible for a refund and can only be guaranteed by repair or replacement of the same/similar model.
What is their shipping policy?
Their distribution network spans across the United States to expedite time-to-customer delivery. Due to this process, if your order contains multiple items, the multiple items may not be stored in the same location. To expedite your order, you may receive a shipment or two if the item is from a different delivery point. If you do not want your order to be shipped separately, please email them after placing your order. They do not ship on holidays, Saturdays or Sundays. Orders placed on Fridays after 10:00AM PST will ship the Monday after the order is placed. For Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Protactorates Street, PO BOX, APO/FPO Street, and PO Box, additional processing fees apply.
