Does Nonda offer international shipping?
Yes, they offer shipping worldwide. International shipping fee varies depending on package weight. Usually it would be $10 for all international orders. Package over 2.85lbs, shipping fee would be $20. Package over 5.68lbs, shipping fee would be $50. And some countries apply customs, duties or VAT on imported products. You are responsible for any such extra taxes or fees your government applies to get the package delivered.
What is Return policy of Nonda?
If you are not satisfied with the product(s) you purchased from nonda.co for any reason, you have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a full refund. Original shipping charges are NOT refundable. They will deduct the shipping fee from your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 8-10 business days of nonda’s receipt of product(s). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
My product is within Warranty and has stopped working, how do I receive a replacement?
If your nonda product is within warranty and their team is unable to resolve the issue, they will be happy to provide instructions on how to receive a replacement.
- Please contact us here with your warranty claim and have proof purchase available as they may request it in order to verify warranty eligibility.
- To authorize a replacement, they will request a few details regarding your order and the issue you encountered.
- Once your replacement request has been authorized, they will send you a replacement RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, details regarding your replacement shipment, and instructions on how to return and exchange your defective nonda product. The RMA# identifies and authorizes a defective product that has been returned to them.
- Once you receive your RMA# and provide them with the tracking code of your return package, please note that it may take up to 1-4 business days for your replacement to ship out.
Can I change my shipping address?
Yes, you can.
- Once you know you need to change your shipping address, please contact them immediately so that they can see if they can catch your package before it is shipped.
- In case they already shipped your item, they can unfortunately no longer help you change the shipping address. You can, however, contact your local post office and ask them to change the shipping address for you.
