What are the conditions for returns?
Please return items with all accessories and packaging. If you do not, they may either deny the return, or allow a return with a nonrefundable deduction on your refund for what is missing.
All returns must be postmarked by day 45 of the return window, or the refund may be denied.
If you received a discount or free item by purchasing multiple items together, you will lose that benefit if you do not return all items purchased.

They are happy to exchange unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase.
What is covered by the warranty and for how long?
Know warrants that all Products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship, under normal use and service, for a period of one year from the date of purchase as established by the original purchase receipt.
At its discretion, Know may repair or replace the defective Product or defective component in accordance with the terms of this Limited Warranty Period.
The replacement Product will be warrantied only for the unexpired period of the original Product’s Applicable Warranty Period.
What is the shipping policy?

They ship Monday through Friday, save for holidays.
