What happens after my subscription expires?

• If you cancel your account's Premium subscription, your subscription will expire at the end of its current term. When this happens, your profile remains visible and you can continue to sign in, view other profiles, and read messages. They will also continue to send you matches and search updates depending on your account settings. 

• You will lose the ability to initiate messages. For messages that you receive, you will have to wait 10 days before being able to read and respond. You will also only be able to send limited likes.

• If you are pursuing a relationship or plan to take a temporary break from CatholicMatch, please update your profile status to Inactive here: Update Profile Status.

How much does it cost to use CatholicMatch?

• You can choose to use CatholicMatch for free as a Basic member, or you can choose to activate Premium features by purchasing a subscription. 

• A Basic account is the default. It is free and you don't need to pay. It will allow you to display a singles profile, view other profiles, participate in matching, like other profiles, and receive communication.

• If you are happy with the availability of singles and the tools that they provide to help you find your match, by purchasing a subscription, you can unlock full use of the communication features, including initiating messages, reading communication without a delay, and participating in the message forums. 

How long will it take me to meet someone?

• It's up to you how long it takes to meet someone. 

• They provide you with the tools to meet some amazing Catholics, like searching, matching, communication, security, coaching, and support. 

• Then, it's up to you to use these tools to sort through profiles, message those who interest you and meet them in person.   

How to change my profile photo?

• To update your profile photo, first make sure that you have already uploaded the photo to your profile. 

• Click on the photo that you'd like to use as your main profile photo from your Photos.

• Click the "Make Profile Photo" button found in the bottom-right corner of the photo.

• Crop the photo so that it meets their Profile Photo Requirements.

• At this time, photos can be reordered from a laptop or desktop computer only. If you do not have access to a computer, a member of their support team would be happy to make the change for you.
