What are the requirements for returns?

• They do not accept returns if the item has been used.

• Credit will not be issued for damaged or used products. No exceptions.

• The returned item, along with the original box and packing materials, must be in re-sellable condition.

• Returns must be properly packaged, just as they were when you received them.

• Shipping fees are NOT refundable.

• The buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.

• Credit will be issued once the products have been inspected and the return requirements stated above had been met.

• Incorrect or defective units will be replaced. For any other reasons, returns will be charged a 10-20% restocking fee (because the manufacturers charge them these fees).

• Any defective or wrong item must be reported within 7 days of receipt. 

How long does it take to process and deliver my order?

• They work with different manufacturers to provide you with the widest range of cat furniture, pet houses and beds. Delivery times vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. 

• So, check out the Usability section of the project you're interested in. You can find this information on the description page for each item.

• If you are interested in items advertised as "shipped within 2 business days", that means they need these days to prepare and ship items. 

• If the product is advertised as "customized and shipped within 5- 7 working days", that means they need to manufacture and ship the product within these days.

What to do if I received the wrong item?

• They do their best to fulfill all orders on time. However, they may make the mistake of sending you items that you did not order. 

• If you receive the wrong item, they will replace it with the correct item free of charge.

• Note: Incorrectly shipped items must be returned in their original packaging with all documentation in order to obtain proper credit.
