What is their shipping policy?

Ground transportation：

• For all full price orders to the United States, they provide free delivery service through ups ground.

• To ensure smooth delivery, tariffs and taxes on orders shipped to Canada will be calculated at the time of settlement. You will not receive any further charges at the time of delivery. Please note that duties and taxes are not refundable.

• The order is shipped from their warehouse in Irvine, California.

• The goods in stock will be delivered within 2 working days after receiving the order, unless you notify otherwise when placing the order.

• Please note that the delivery time may be slightly delayed during holidays or promotions. The unified shipping cost for sales orders or archived items is $10.

Express transportation：

• UPS 2 day air provides express service for American orders, and the freight is calculated by the carrier according to the size of the order. The order will be delivered within 2 working days unless you notify otherwise when you place the order.
• Orders containing samples only are shipped at a flat rate of $10. Orders can only be delivered to the P.O. Box through USPS.

Refunds will be issued only in the original payment method.
