What is their international shipping policy?

• International shipping costs vary by the destination country and the weight of your order. All shipping options and costs will be shown at checkout after you enter your shipping address.

• All import duties and taxes are calculated at checkout and these costs are included in the final purchase price. You will not need to pay additional customs charges on arrival of your package.

• Please note that they do not offer $6.99 returns for international orders. Customers are responsible for covering the cost of any returned items and any duties & taxes paid at checkout are non-refundable.

What is their Hassle-Free Online Return process?

• Enter your order number and email address associated with your order in the space provided above to begin your return and follow the step-by-step instructions.
  
• You do not need to have an account or login to use our return process. Please note that we do not offer $7.99 returns for international orders; you must use your own postage.
