Where do they manufacture and ship?
All Day Owl products are designed in Pittsburgh, PA. They also repair and refurbish all Day Owls and other products in their Pittsburgh workshop. They are happy to ship Day Owl products anywhere. Please note that any shipping, duties and taxes will not be free. It will take a few days for your tracking number to show movement, but they guarantee it's on the way.
I need it in a hurry, do they support expedited shipping?
Simply select Expedited Shipping at checkout and receive your order within 2 business days (excluding weekends). Expedited orders must be placed by 1:00 PM EST to guarantee delivery within 2 business days.
How do they ship my package?
Orders are usually completed within 1-3 business days after being placed. If you need to adjust your order please email [email protected] and they will do their best to catch your order before it appears. Once your order is complete, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
How do returns and refunds work?
They support returns within 30 days of placing an order. Customers in the US can enjoy returns on all products. However, used, Misfits, beverages, cutlery, and reusable sandwich bags are final sales and are not eligible for returns. They will process your refund according to your original payment method. At the same time, exchanges and store credits are free, in fact, they even offer an extra $10 store credit if you do an exchange so you can get extra stuff!
Is there a charge for returns?
For returns, they charge a $7 shipping label fee, which is waived if you choose a store credit refund. Once your return has been received and processed, you will receive a refund in the original form of payment, minus the shipping label fee.
