How Will My Order Ship?

• They have established strong relationships with some of the best delivery companies nationwide and will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method available. 

• When shipping your order, they will use one of three different shipping methods: Ground Shipping, Truck Freight, or White Glove services. For certain items, more than one service may be available for you to choose from. 

• When your order ships, they will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. You may track your package online or on the phone with the carrier. Most companies can provide an estimated delivery date. 

How Do I Return My Order?

• Please contact them and include your original order number, what product(s) you are returning, the reason for return, and your name. A RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number will be issued and sent to you via email with instructions on how to return your order. Returns that have not been first authorized cannot be accepted.

• It is the customer’s responsibility to ship the product back at their own cost. All items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Please wrap the package carefully. If the product is damaged while in transit back to the distribution center, the package will be refused.

• Return the product using your preferred shipping method directly to the distribution center address they provide. 

• Please email them your return tracking number so they can track the return and save this information for your own reference as proof of pickup. Once the item is received and inspected at the manufacturer’s warehouse, they will issue credit. An email confirmation will be sent to you once they have processed your refund.

What Are My Payment Options?

Credit Cards - They accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number--the address and phone number your credit card company has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. DCG Stores is currently unable to process any credit cards that are issued or billed outside of the United States.

What If My Order Arrives Damaged?

It's important to inspect the package and its contents prior to signing for delivery. Their products are well-packaged to withstand damage during shipping. They double-box many items, and refuse to carry products that have high damage rates. In the unlikely event an item arrives damaged, or if parts are missing, please notify us right away. They will make every effort to help you obtain the necessary replacements as quickly as possible at no extra cost to you.
