How long can I get my orders at Detailing?

• Most orders are shipped within 1 working day of the date of order placement (Monday to Friday).

• Some orders are shipped directly from the manufacturer, which may be delayed in the delivery process. In other cases, some orders are sent from multiple locations, which may require them to ship items in the same order in multiple boxes. In these special cases, the freight is based on the total weight of the order.

• Depending on the manufacturer's production plan and location, customized products or customized products may also require additional lead times. Please verify your shipping address before submitting the order to ensure the fastest shipping speed.

Can I make a return at Detailing?

• Retail customers: they accept the return of all unused and unopened products within 30 days after receiving your order. Just send it back to them according to the following return procedure and you can get a full refund (minus 15% of the purchase fee and freight).

• Wholesale customers: they only provide store credit for all unused and unopened products for a period of 30 days after receiving your order. Exceptions: the following items are not returnable (all end products sold): water tanks, digital paint meters, custom items, and closeouts.

• Lost or damaged items: all lost or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours after delivery. Defective products: the return of any defective products is only within the manufacturer's warranty period, and has the right to replace them according to the manufacturer's warranty return policy.

Who should pay the return shipping cost?

The customer is responsible for the return freight and postage. For return items that meet the conditions of free delivery, the original outbound freight will be deducted from the refund.

Can I cancel my order at Detailing?

You can cancel the order at any time before the order is shipped and within 24 hours after you place the order. Orders cancelled 24 hours before shipment will be charged a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the credit amount issued to your credit card or PayPal account. Does Detailing provide a warranty?

Detailed description guarantees the workmanship of the products sold within 30 days from the date of receipt. If you receive a defective product, please check the manufacturer information included in the new product. If your product fails after 30 days, please contact them and they will assist you in submitting a claim to the manufacturer.

How much does the shipping cost at Detailing?

• Some shipping quotations provided online may not be accurate and may need to be recalculated manually. This usually occurs in orders outside 48 adjacent states, orders sent to APO/FPO addresses, orders including dangerous goods, or orders including bulk or oversized goods.

• If there is any additional freight or change in your total shipment amount, they will try to contact you, and your order will be kept pending your approval of any change.

• For most orders, they use UPS, FedEx and USPS ground services for domestic shipments in 48 adjacent states.

• Domestic goods that are oversized, overweight or require some special handling may need to be transported by common carriers. In this case, their shipping agent will contact you to arrange the shipment.
