How can I use my discount after referring a friend?
After your friend has created an account and sent a successful top-up using your referral link, you will get a 20% off as well.
Go to the Refer a Friend section in your account and find your code and the expiration date.
You can use this discount for any international phone top-up up to the value of 50 USD.
What are the reasons for the refusal of my payment?
There can be different reasons for why your transaction is not being processed successfully. The most common issue is that your bank is not allowing them to process the payment.
In these cases, you can always contact them through their live chat service available 24/7 and they will be more than happy to check the transaction.
Alternatively, you can contact your bank to confirm transactions are going through.
How long does it take to process my transaction?
They’ll try to process your recharge for 6 hours.
If your operator is experiencing technical difficulties and is unable to complete the top-up, they'll keep trying to send your order every 15 min.
You can always review the status of your transaction in your account, in the History section.
How can I redeem a promo code?
If you have received a promotional code for money off your next top-up:
Login to your Ding account.
Click Send top-up.
Select the country and enter the phone number.
Choose the amount you wish to send.
After selecting the amount, you will see the order. Summary and below the total amount to pay, you will see the "Add promo code" option:
Once you click on the "Add promo code" option, you will be able to enter your promo code in the blank space and click on "Apply" in order to redeem it.
