What is the return policy?
All other returns must be made within 30 days and in new condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
They only sell new items and are unable to accept used returns. Some customer returns may include a restocking fee. Restocking fees, when applicable, are determined based on the product ordered.
Refunds will be made in the manner of original payment. Refunds are issued upon receipt back and inspection of the merchandise. Please contact them with any questions.
Can I return the damaged or defective items?
Yes. Products received damaged or defective should be reported upon receipt so that they can setup a return for you.
They will be happy to have the item reshipped or refunded, whichever you prefer.

How to start a return?
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns, so please email or call in advance.
For an RMA number, please email them at [email protected] and provided the following:
Order Number. Product Code. Reason for the Return. Contact Information.

How to purchase an order?
They now accept Purchase Orders (POs) from all types of organizations including: government agencies (Federal/State/Local/Military), corporations, non-profit organizations, religious and educational institutions.
All Purchase Orders submitted to Discount Cleaning Products are subject to verification before being accepted.
