What's the Door Hardware Center's shipping options?

Can I track my package at Door Hardware Center?

Once an order is shipped you will be emailed an invoice along with a tracking number. You can type in that tracking # at UPS.com or FEDEX.com and it will give you an exact delivery date。

What should I do if I receive damaged shipments?

You are responsible for inspecting your order when it arrives to make sure you received all ordered items in good condition. Any order issues must be reported within 7 business days of product delivery. If your order is damaged in transit let them know asap at (866) 259-8901 and they'll make sure you get new product.

Can I make a return at Door Hardware Center?

• If you are not satisfied with your purchase they will replace your products or accept a return of the goods. The following may be returned or exchanged; product still in original packaging , uninstalled with no writing, markings on packaging, faulty product, and product that they shipped incorrectly. 

• They will accept returns for up to 60 days from order date. Returns received within 60 days of product delivery date are subject to a 15% restocking fee. 

Which products is in free return？

The following manufacturers are special order items and subject to a 25% restocking fee unless defective or shipped incorrectly; Emtek, Omnia and Top Knobs.

How can I make a return?

To start processing a return please see below:

Get an RGA#(Return Goods Authorization), by sending an email to [email protected], or give them a call at 1-866-259-8901. Once you have done so an RGA# will be emailed to you. This email will contain an RGA# and the address where product needs to be shipped. Be sure to put the RGA# on the exterior of the package sent so that credit can be associated with your order. If product is returned without an RGA # or after the return period a restocking fee of 30% will be applied. Refunds will be issued within 15 business days of product delivery. You should send returns back with an insured carrier so proof of delivery can be shown via a tracking#. Make sure to keep a copy of these tracking numbers for your records.
