Can I make a return at Earthing?

• After receiving your grounding product, please use and care as directed. If you are not satisfied within 90 days of the order date, you can return it for a full refund.

• You are responsible for the freight cost of the returned goods. They recommend adding tracking at the time of shipment. Please keep your tracking number until the refund process is complete.

• If you choose not to add a trace to the shipment and it is lost by the shipping carrier, they are not responsible for replacement or refund of the order.

What should I pay attention to when I make a return at Earthing?

• Unworn flip-flops with intact tags can be returned and exchanged within 90 days. For return, please call 1-888-223-8454 to obtain your RMA #(Return Authorization number). All returns must have an RMA number. Please write your ticket number on the outer box. Items must be returned within 30 days of the RMA issue date.

• Please note: Grounded products connect the human body to the energy of the earth. They guarantee that connection. There is no guarantee of how a person will respond to grounding once a connection is made. 

How long does Earthing process the orders?

• Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3 business days of purchase, but they usually ship faster. Orders may take up to 6 working days to process during sales and promotions.

• Orders for UPS Next Day Air and UPS Second Day Air Shipping must be placed by 1 p.m. Pacific Time or 4 p.m. Eastern Time so that packages can be shipped that Day. Please note that UPS is currently unable to guarantee expedited shipping times due to COVID-19 or possible weather delays, but they are doing their best and will generally meet the stated delivery time frames.

Can I cancel my orders?

If you need to change the shipping address, add or remove items from your order prior to shipping, please call customer Service at 1-888-223-8454 for assistance. They will do their best to amend your order before it is shipped, but they cannot guarantee that the order will be modified. If they receive your goods returned due to an incorrect address, they will resend your order to a correct address at an additional shipping cost to you. They are not responsible for the loss of goods due to incorrect address entry.

Can I track my orders?

When your package is shipped from their warehouse, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number.

Can I get my orders when I outside USA?

They are happy to ship their products internationally; They also have authorized distributors around the world to sell their products. Please check the customs regulations of your country carefully before placing your order. 

Does Earthing provide a warranty?
