What is Easy Breathe Return Policy? 

• Easy Breathe accepts returns on CPAP equipment within 30 days of the original shipping date of the order. Once Easy Breathe receives the return back, Easy Breathe will issue a 100% store credit in the form of a gift certificate for your original purchase amount, including tax and excluding shipping costs.

• The Easy Breathe 30 Day Mask Guarantee is an add-on product that may be purchased with any complete CPAP Mask System. This Mask Guarantee will allow you to return one (1) CPAP Mask System within 30 days for refund. All refunds will be issued in the format of your original payment method (purchases made with store credit cannot be refunded for cash). Mask purchases made without this guarantee will be subject to thier general return policy described above.

• Due to the insurance billing process, products ordered through your insurance are considered final and cannot be returned for a refund. In most cases, Easy Breathe can facilitate a one-time exchange (within 30 days of the shipment date of your order) for a comparable product to help with problems such as mask sizing.

• To arrange an exchange, please contact Easy Breathe or call thier Customer Care team at 866-564-2252 to obtain the return address and an RMA number for your product. An RMA number is required to ensure that your package is processed correctly once it has been received.

• Within 30 days of the original ship date, Easy Breathe will facilitate an exchange of any merchandise that Easy Breathe sells to you that has a manufacturer's defect. 

What is Easy Breathe Shipping Policy?

• Orders received before 10 AM Pacific Standard Time (1 PM EST), Monday through Friday, will be processed for shipment the same day. Orders placed on the weekend or after the 10 AM PST (1 PM EST) cut-off will be processed the following business day. All orders over $99 are eligible for Free Standard Shipping to all 50 states - meaning you'll typically have your order within 3 to 6 business days (excludes weekends and holidays). Standard Shipping is delivered by the United States Postal Service (USPS). 

• For an additional fee, Easy Breathe also offers expedited FedEx 1 Business Day shipping ($29.99) and FedEx 2 Business Day Delivery ($19.99). They also offer FedEx Ground Delivery (3-5 business days) for $13.99 which provides more comprehensive tracking than standard shipping.  

• Please note that 1 Business Day Shipping for breathing machines (includes all CPAP, Bilevel, ASV and Humidifier units) may not be available for certain models.
