What is their return policy?

• Your satisfaction is their top priority. They will try their best to meet your requirements. They offer a 30 day limited refund guarantee return policy. Any unused, original condition and original packaging of resale goods can be refunded within 30 days after the order date. The returned items must be placed in the original box with all documents. The item must be unused and unopened. They only refund the product price. Inbound and outbound transportation fees will not be refunded.

• If the article has been used or tested in any way, it can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase if it is in a resale state. It must be in its original packaging and must include all manuals, warranties, accessories and packaging materials. Any media / electronic products that have been opened are not returnable. Any fireplace or terrace items that have been burned, used or installed, regardless of the type of fuel (gas, wood, ethanol or gel), cannot be returned for any reason. 

How to make a return?

• For undamaged or defective returns, please fill in their return form within 30 days after receiving the goods. They will reply within 24 hours and provide the return authorization number and return instructions. All returns must have a return authorization (RMA) number. 

• Return credits without RMA numbers will be significantly delayed. These items may also be rejected by the receiving warehouse. If so, they will be shipped back at the customer's expense.

What is their shipping policy?

• They try their best to ship your goods out as soon as possible. Many of the goods they sell are in stock and will be shipped within 1-2 working days, unless otherwise stated in the product description. Some items are shipped from warehouses in different locations. 

• Most of their warehouses deliver goods within 2-3 working days, but depending on the warehouse, some items may take 10 working days. They make every effort to ensure the fastest delivery. Working days are from Monday to Friday. 

• If you need goods on a certain date, please contact them to verify the shipping options to meet your needs. If you order online and need to buy goods before a certain date, please make sure to indicate the required delivery date in the remarks box when you check out.
