How does percussive therapy work?

Tension is one of the main causes for most body aches and pains. The massage treatment from the B37 relieves tension in soft tissue effectively and efficiently. Percussive massage overrides pain signals to the brain, increases heat in the tissue, and releases tension.  This is achieved using strokes that create impact between 1400-3200 RPM at a force up to 56 lbs.

What does this lifetime warranty not cover?

This Lifetime Warranty only covers product issues caused by defects in material or workmanship during ordinary use. The Lifetime Warranty does not cover issues caused by any other reason, including, but not limited to: (i) cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches or dents; (ii) damage caused by misuse or abuse, neglect, accident, liquids, including but not limited to, fire, liquid contact, vandalism or external forces; (iii) the alteration of the product in any way; (iv) use in any manner that is inconsistent with the intended purpose or design of the product as described in the product’s owner's manual; (v) unauthorized repairs or modifications.

What does their lifetime warranty cover?

Ekrin Athletics' lifetime warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the lifetime of your product. If there is a warranty claim, they will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship. All components of their products (battery, motor, attachments, etc.) are equally covered under the lifetime warranty.

Can I travel with my B37?

Lithium-ion batteries must be stored in carry-on baggage only.  Once on the aircraft, all lithium batteries must be removed from the carry-on bag and kept with the passenger in the cabin. Since the B37 has a built-in Lithium-ion battery, it must be stored in your carry-on baggage only. Although you are able to travel with your B37 Percussion Massager, it is at the discretion of the TSA officer to allow it through.
