When can I get a refund?
Refunds should be issued within 14 days of receipt of the return and should be credited to the customer's credit card or Paypal account (depending on the payment method originally used).
How much is the shipping fee?
Free shipping on orders over €49. Shipping costs vary depending on the destination of the item purchased and may be free at different times of the year due to promotions displayed on the website.
When will my order be shipped?
Dainese ships from different warehouses, so customers may receive multiple shipments for the same order. Order processing hours are Monday through Friday. During this period, Dainese will process the order within 5 business days of receipt of payment. Orders received on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Does Dainese support warranty?
Yes. All Dainese products purchased on www.dainese.com are covered by a two-year warranty. The time required to repair or replace a product will depend entirely on the individual manufacturer's policies. Neither Seller nor Dainese shall claim compensation for any delay in repair or replacement. Dainese must be notified of any non-conformity of products purchased online within 2 months of discovery.
How do returns and refunds work?
If you wish to return one or more of the items in your order, you can return the item within 30 days of receipt. If you decide to return D-air products, Dainese Spa is not responsible for the shipping of such items and will not accept returns. Therefore, no refunds will be issued.
Who pays the shipping fee for the returned package?
You must pay for all return shipping unless there is a special online promotion that includes free returns. Only in this case will Dainese provide you with a free return label to attach to the package, which you can then use to return the package.
