Can you ship chocolate during warm weather or to warmer parts of the country like Florida and California?
Yes, they absolutely can ship Godiva during warm weather and to warm climates in the U.S. all year long. Their shipping system monitors the temperatures where your package is being delivered and selects the appropriate packing material such as cooler boxes and frozen gel packs to ensure that your gift arrives in perfect condition and at no additional cost to you. Unfortunately, certain states will require "2nd Day", "Next Day", or "Saturday Overnight" during warmer months. Please see our Shipping Info page for additional details.

Will I receive a shipping confirmation?

• When your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation including the tracking number for each shipment. Please note that this confirmation is typically emailed at 11pm EST on the day it is shipped.
