What should I do if my products are damaged?

• They are committed to making sure you are satisfied with their products. Your order is inspected prior to shipment to ensure all items are in excellent condition before they leave their facilities. Although their products are packaged securely to prevent any damage it is possible that damages may occur during shipment. Before signing for the shipment inspect the carton and contents (note: FedEx packages may not require signature). Should you notice any damage, please note it on the bill of lading, refuse the shipment and contact them immediately.

No specific permits are necessary for installation, but It is recommended that a certified electrician be used if your are installing a direct wired built-in fireplace.

Will my Electric Fireplace Plug into any standard outlet?

Yes, the majority of their electric fireplaces are ready to plug into any standard 120V household outlet. Their Built-In Electric Fireplaces require direct-wire installation (although plug kits are included and/or available) and are "dual" voltage, which means they can be wired for 120V or 240V power, thus, doubling the heat output.

How long can I get my order?

• For FedEx Shipments, their smaller, lighter electric fireplace products ship via FEDEX. Depending on how close you are to the shipping warehouse, your item will arrive between 2 and 5 business days after it leaves the warehouse. FedEx does not typically require a signature and will leave the package in a suitable place near your door.

• For Truck Freight shipments, delivery usually takes between 3 and 6 days from when your order leaves the warehouse. When your shipment arrives at a nearby terminal, you will be contacted by the freight carrier to schedule a delivery appointment.
