What is your Return Policy?

• They have a 30 day return after receipt policy. 

• Returning items are subject to a restocking fee to cover the cost of handling, see below: 10% - For items returned to Electriduct’s Fort Lauderdale Facility；25% - For items that are returned to other manufacturing and warehouse facilities.

• Products that are “NCNR”（non-cancellable, non-returnable） will be noted on the product page that you purchase from.

• If you would like to know what restocking fees are for a specific item, or have any questions regarding their “Return and Exchange Policy”, please feel free to contact them before or after your order. 

What is Defective, Damaged, Non-Received and Wrong Items Received Policy?

• Please contact them via phone or email to schedule a return within 14 days of receiving the product along with the invoice or packing slip and they will replace it at no extra cost. 

• Electriduct will process and ship the replacement part after they receive the original incorrect product back unless otherwise stated. 
• If the product was damaged in shipping, they will require photos of the damaged unit and shipping package. 
• If your product is lost in shipping, please contact them with your order and tracking number.
• For defective products, wrong items received, non-delivery and damaged shipments, the customer will NOT be responsible for any return and/or replacement shipping fees.

• Electriduct Inc accepts Purchase Orders from their approved, USA-based customers.

• Their account terms are Net 30 days
• To obtain an account please send the information of A.) Your Company's Dun & Bradstreet Number (D&B) B.) Trade References (at least 3) C.) Your Initial Purchase order
