How can I get a refund?

• Please present a copy of the receipt that indicates your purchase(s) back to the place of purchase. 
  

• Please ask to speak to the manager on duty, and they will be able to assist you. 
  

• If you feel that you are not receiving proper assistance, please Report Issue at contact page. 
  

• They will take your contact information and escalate any concerns.
  

What is the coupon policy?

• As it states on each of their coupons, they are limited to one discount or coupon per transaction, per visit. Unfortunately, they are unable to accept multiple coupons or combine multiple coupons or discounts in a single transaction. 
  

• They do not accept competitor’s coupons. Policies may vary by restaurant.
  

• Please note: Print and email coupon codes are not valid with mobile app and online orders. Online order coupon codes are solely for mobile app and online orders and therefore are not redeemable at restaurant.
  

What if my gift cards not work?

• Please submit a request at www.elpolloloco.com/contact-us/ or contact [email protected] for assistance any time during normal business hours, 8am to 5pm PT, Monday - Friday. 
  

• Please provide the card number(s), your name, return phone number and mailing address for follow-up. 
  

• Your information will be sent along to the appropriate department that will assist with sending you a replacement card. 
  

• A new card will be issued in within 7 to 10 business days.
  

What is Loco Rewards and how does it work?

• Loco Rewards is their rewards program that allows you to earn rewards and offers throughout the year. 
  

• Loco Rewards is offered via mobile app. A basic version may also be accessed via their website but will have limited features.
  

• With any qualifying in-restaurant purchase or online order placed, you earn 1 point for every $1 spent. 
  

• When you have earned 50 points, your points will automatically convert into a $5 reward in your account. Your reward can be redeemed with any subsequent food or beverage purchase.
  

Does El Pollo Loco offer Special Discounts?

• Yes. They offer a 15% discount (maximum value of $1.50) to their guests that serve the community, which includes police officers, firefighters, EMTs, federal law enforcement agents, and military personnel. 
  

• If you qualify, please ask your cashier for the discount prior to payment and show your badge if not in uniform.

• They also offer a 10% discount (maximum value of $1) to their guests 60 years of age or older. If you qualify, please ask your cashier for the discount prior to payment.
