How much is parking?

Parking is $15.00 per vehicle on site and $12.00 online. VIP Parking $20.00 per vehicle. Parking booths accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

What is your chaperone policy?

They strongly suggest that minors under the age of 18 be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian. The park does not assume any responsibility or liability for unattended minors.

What about water safety?

Over 100 Ellis & Associates trained and licensed Lifeguards are stationed throughout the park for proper ride dispatching and guest assistance in splashdown pools. The First Aid Station is staffed by EMTs (Emergency Medical Technicians) and is open during park operating hours and special functions. They are all here for your safety and service.

What about my valuables?

All new lockers are now available at Wet’n Wild and are self-service and self-pay (and accept cash, debit or credit card payment options). These new lockers are offered in a variety of sizes and rental prices. Please secure all valuables. Wet’n Wild is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items.

What's the Wet'n Wild's useful information?

• Wet'n Wild Emerald Pointe Water Park employs over 100 lifeguards and attendants. The First Aid Station is staffed by EMTs (Emergency Medical Technicians) and is open during park operating hours and special functions.

• Inner tubes on rides that require them are provided free of charge.

• Please avoid swallowing pool water, and refrain from using any public pool if you have been sick in the past two weeks.

• Please secure all valuables. Wet'n Wild Emerald Pointe is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Lockers are available for all day rental. Small Lockers are $12.00 and Large Lockers are $20.00. Please secure all valuables. Wet'n wild is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Does Wet'n Wild have changing facilities?

Changing facilities, shower stations and restrooms are located at Davey Jones Lockers near the Flag Pole area just inside the park Main Entrance. Smaller restrooms are stationed throughout the park

Is there shade?

There are many shade areas located through out the park. Lounge chairs are available on a first come, first serve basis or you may choose to rent a private cabana for the day. It is always a good idea to wear sunscreen at Wet'n Wild, whether in the shade or direct sun.

How can I make a request for a ticket donation?

Wet'n Wild Emerald Pointe requires a minimum of 4 weeks notice for donations. Donation requests also must be on a letter with signature (on business, school, non-profit, etc. letterhead) and should be mailed directly to the address.
