Do they support returns on international orders?

There are no returns on international orders (outside of the United States). Almost every item they sell includes a manufacturer's warranty. If your vaporizer is defective or damaged during the warranty period (usually 1-3 years) and you are outside the US, it must be returned directly to the manufacturer for repair or replacement if possible, and cannot be returned to them for a refund or exchange.

What is their return policy?

You cannot return any item once it has been used and/or delivered for 7 business days. You may only return an unused, new product with its original packaging to EZVapes, who will do everything in their power to assist you in obtaining warranty service for products purchased on their website. This is the same policy as Amazon and other major shopping sites. Almost every item they sell includes a manufacturer's warranty.

What to do when out of stock?

The product you ordered or a specific color is out of stock, which will delay your order. EZVapes does not guarantee the availability of a specific color. They will not substitute your item or an item in another color for the item you ordered unless you request or expressly approve it. They will make their best efforts to notify you within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) of any items in your order that are out of stock and cannot be shipped immediately. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipment for a full refund, or you may choose to wait until the item you ordered is back in stock.
