How do they ship my package?

Depending on your selection at checkout, orders will be shipped via USPS Mail or UPS Ground, with a few exceptions. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other non-contiguous territories will ship via USPS only. Additionally, USPS is the only option for shipping to PO Boxes or US military/diplomatic addresses (APO, FPO, DPO). USPS mail arrives within 1-7 business days, usually 3 or less, but not guaranteed. Orders for non-consecutive states may be longer. Orders shipped by UPS Ground take approximately 1-5 business days, depending on your distance from them in Texas.

What is their return policy?

They want all their customers to be 100% satisfied! They have a 30-day return policy for items you are not satisfied with. Please contact them before returning your item so they can provide additional instructions and expedite your return process. If the product in your order is incorrect, damaged or missing, please contact customer service within 30 days of receiving your order so they can fix it with you.

Which cannot be returned?

Exception: Quilt Club membership fees are non-refundable. Sale items may not be returned. Graphics and books may not be returned due to copyright laws. They do not provide replacement packaging for undamaged products. A refund will be issued once they receive and process the return. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Refunds for rejected or abandoned packages will be at their sole discretion. All returns must be in new condition and include all original packaging. Returns that smell smoke will not be refunded. Items are not eligible for return if they have been used.

Do they support free shipping?

Free Shipping on US orders over $80! Shipping is $4.95 on orders under $80. Standard shipping is USPS (United States Postal Service). $15 for UPS ground service, free on orders over $250.
