I received a defective item. How do I return or exchange it?
Please reach out to their customer service team at [email protected] or 973-771-5662 and they will make sure to send a replacement out right away. If the defective items needs to be returned to them they will also provide a pre-paid return label.
Does FINN + EMMA offer gift wrapping?
Yes, you can select gift wrapping during the checkout process for a $4.00 fee. Your items will be gift wrapped in color co-ordinating tissue paper and packaged in a keepsake kraft paper box.
What if I have more than one gift I need wrapped?
Unfortunately, at this time, they can only process one gift per order.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, as long as the item has yet to be shipped, which normally happens 12-24 hours after you’ve placed your order. For any questions you can contact them at info@finnandemma or call 973-771-5662. Be sure to have your order number available.
I just places an order, how long can I get my orders?
They normally ship within 1 business day but in light of the COVID-19 CDC guidelines they have only one person in the warehouse shipping. For this reason they ask for some patience as shipping can take an additional 1-2 business days. Also, please note that their rockers ship direct from France and they ship in around 21 days as indicated on the product page of the site.
Can I make a return or exchange at Finn+Emma?
Once they receive the original item, you will receive a credit in the amount paid (excluding any shipping costs). Please allow 2-3 weeks for Finn + Emma® to refund your credit card upon receipt. Gift orders are eligible for exchange only. At this time, they cannot accept returns for items purchased from a retailer other than finnandemma.com.
When returning an item please use their Customer Return Form (enclosed in your package). Please fill in all information requested on the form. This will help them efficiently process your return.
For exchanges, please fill in the section for new items you'd like shipped to you. Please update your address if you need your new order shipped to an alternate address. Include payment information for new items of greater value. Exchanges will be processed within 2 weeks.
