What to do with the incorrest or missing items from order?
In the unlikely event that the order you placed with them arrives with missing or incorrect products, you must email them within 48 hours of the delivered date to open a case.
Please include your Order ID and a clear picture of the items received including packing slip.
Send all the above information to [email protected] with the subject "Incorrect/Missing Products" with your order ID.
How do they ship mutiple product orders?
For a multiple product order, they will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time.
Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise.
You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt.
The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.
How long does it take to process and deliver my order?
Most orders received before 1:00PM will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock.
Most orders received after 1:00 PM will ship the next business day.
Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.
They cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Flawless Beauty or other parties only as an estimate. They encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
What is the return policy?
They will gladly accept the return of products only if they are in new/unopened condition or defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase.
Fulfillment mistakes that they make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase.
Returns that are not defective will not receive credit for shipping costs inbound or outbound. Professional and spa products are not eligible for a return.
Devices have a 90 day period to be free from original manufacturer defects, in the unlikely event a devices proves defective within the 90 day period, a replacement will be provided.
If the device proves defective after the 90 day period, they may offer a replacement at a 50% off discount. Replacements will not include shipping costs.
