How do I take care of my flowers once they arrive?  

• Remove all the wrapping from your flowers except the clear rubber band. Fill the vase with lukewarm water. 

• Add 1 packet of flower food. Cut off 1 inch at a 45° angle. For best results, hold the ends of your stems under running water while doing so. Put flowers into the vase. If you want a more open, natural arrangement, clip off the clear rubber band. 

I did not receive a confirmation email for my order. Where is it?

Can I make changes to my order after I have paid? 

As long as your arrangement has not left their facility, they are happy to make any changes to ensure you receive the flowers you desire. Please note that changes may delay delivery.

The delivery date I want is not available. Why?
