What is their shipping policy?
*For the convenience of customers, they provide various modes of transportation. The delivery time frame described is based on an estimate of the carrier they use to ship your products and their typical delivery expectations. Most shipments are within the specified date range. However, they do not guarantee the delivery time range. If they exceed these time ranges, they will not be able to issue a freight refund, because this is a posting fee charged to the carrier.
Advance order items may not meet the conditions for quick fulfillment.
How long will I get my item?
The ground fee is $7.99 (4-7 working days + order processing time),
Priority $9.99 (2-3 business days + order processing time).
$39.99 overnight (orders from Monday to Thursday before 1:00 p.m. Eastern standard time will be delivered on the same day of the next working day, and orders from Friday before 1:00 p.m. Eastern standard time will be delivered next Monday.)
Their replacement warranty is currently supported only in the United States, Canada and parts of Europe.
How to track my order status?
After you complete your warranty application or purchase online, they will send an email to the email address provided by you. Please check your tracking number email (don't forget your spam folder just in case). If you can't find this email, please contact them, tell them your first and last name and order number, and they will provide you with tracking.
Do they offer warranty?
- When protecting your device, your gadget guard product will be torn, broken, scratched or damaged, and they will replace it!
- Their lifetime warranty applies only to gadget guard products, not to the electronic devices it protects. They strongly recommend pairing theirproducts with impact resistant enclosures to maximize product protection.
- Gadget guard's mobile phone case warranty is only applicable to gadget guard branded mobile phone cases and is subject to the following terms. All gadget guard warranties are non transferable and only apply to the original end user. You must provide proof of authorized purchase. If the manufacturer's defect or product failure is caused by normal wear and tear within one year after purchase, gadget guard will replace or repair the product by itself.
