Orders move quickly through their systems, enabling them to dispatch them as quickly as possible, so they can't guarantee that they can modify or cancel the order once it has been placed (even if it hasn't left their warehouse yet). Once they ship from their warehouse, they are unable to make any changes to the order (including the full address).
