For an exchange, contact their customer experience team who can guide you through the process. Any items returned must be unused and resellable. Unfortunately, they can't offer free returns, so you'll be responsible for any return postage, and they always recommend using a tracking mail service.

If your order has been sent and you have received an email with a tracking link, then unfortunately, no! Once they ship from their warehouse, they are unable to make any changes to the order (including the full address). Hopefully there is still a way to receive your order at the address provided, or you can try contacting the Courier directly to see if they can help (although unfortunately this is usually not possible). If you would like to talk to someone on their team, please feel free to contact them, but please be aware that there is very little they can do in this situation.
