How to return an item?

• Returns to them are at your own cost. The cheapest way to send the items back to them is to use a USPS priority shipping box. 

• Please remark on a copy of the packing slip on how you want them to proceed once they receive your return, exchange, or refund. In most cases, the time for packages to get back to them is between 5-7 business days depending on the shipping method you chose; it may take a bit longer on holiday seasons. 

• If you have not heard from them after the mentioned time frame, please contact them for more information. Of course, you’re allowed to try the merchandise on for size first, but do not remove the tag or wash the item under any circumstances. Your articles need to be unused and in their original packaging. 

• Also, keep in mind that if a package was returned where one/more items display signs of deodorant stains or smell like cologne/perfume, they could not grant a refund or exchange.

What can I learn about delivery time?

• The warehouse staff will do their best to pick up and ship your order as quickly as possible. Of course, the shipping time of a package varies by destination, shipping method, weather inclinations, and holiday season. 

• The estimated delivery times by shipping method are: Standard shipping 5 to 7 ( at times can take 15) business days. USPS Priority 3 to 4 business days. Express shipping 1 to 2 business days. Please note that the fulfillment service is closed on Saturday and Sunday. Additionally, during international and national holidays, they are also closed. 

• Orders placed on the weekend will be processed the following business day. Once your order is with the carrier, Gorilla Wear is not responsible for delivery delays.

Are there any discount codes?

• You can enter multiple gift card codes in your shopping cart. After you enter the first gift card code, you can enter the following code immediately. 

• Their discount codes are not combinable unless otherwise stated. So in most cases, you can only add one discount code to your shopping cart.

How do I pay with a gift card？

Your Gorilla Wear gift card will be sent to you by email. In this mail, you will find the unique gift card code. You will receive the email within minutes of placing your order. On the checkout page, you can enter the discount code. The discount will then be immediately deducted from your total amount.
