How about the bus policy?

• For ticket using，please have a printout of eTicket for boarding the bus.

• For cancellation and refund, once a reservation is booked on Gotobus.com, it cannot be canceled by the customer. Duplicate bookings are non-refundable as those seats will have been removed from sales inventory. While the bus operators will make every effort to operate its services as scheduled, when this fails to occur full refunds or alternative travel arrangements will be offered.
• For schedules, every effort will be made to operate according to published schedules.
• In terms of child fares, children under 2 years old may be transported free when not occupying a seat at the exclusion of another passenger when traveling with a passenger paying the full adult fare.
• For luggage, each passenger may carry one check-in luggage and one carry-on bag. For guidance the check-in luggage must not exceed 62 inches when adding the total exterior dimensions of the piece and should not weigh more than 50 pounds. Oversize and additional luggage fee varies from $10 per piece. Gotobus and bus carriers are not responsible for lost or misplaced baggage.

Do I need to pay taxes or survice fees?

• The Supplier, not the GotoBus, is the vendor of your travel inventory. The Supplier, as vendor, collects and remits taxes including but not limited to sales and use taxes, value added tax, excise tax, facility taxes, and other imposed taxes to the applicable tax authorities. 

• Generally, restrictions apply to children and minors traveling alone, and Suppliers' rules may forbid such travel. It is your obligation to check the information on the site before making a reservation for an individual traveling alone who is under the age of 21.
• Fees assessed by payers' credit card processor, including international credit card transactions fees, will not be refunded by GotoBus.

I'm not from the U.S. What type of ID do I need to bring?

You should bring a valid photo ID (passport, licencse, ID Card). If you are going to travel to more than one country on your tour, you must make sure you meet the visa requirements of those countries. Please check with your local embassy for details.
