I have already returned the item, when will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been received and processed by their warehouse, they will make sure to refund you as soon as possible. Once done, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details. Note that it may take up to 5 business days for this amount to appear in your account.
What is their return policy?
They want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Hem! You can return your new Hem purchase in its original packaging and condition within 14 days of receipt. Hem reserves the right to reject merchandise that is not returned in its original condition due to (but not limited to): lack of original packaging, merchandise packaged differently from the way it was received, missing components, visible damage caused by the customer, or incorrect packaging. Customers are responsible for any shipping costs incurred to return items to their warehouse in Poland. Please contact their account team to initiate a return at [email protected]. Be sure to include your order number and the reason for your return.
What is their shipping policy?
They do not charge shipping within Europe. Each product page displays the "Shipping Scope" information. This is the estimated time from when the order is received until the product is shipped from their warehouse in Poland (actual times may vary). Packages are delivered by GLS. Once your order ships from their warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email from them with tracking details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
