How do I change my account type? 

• If you are registered incorrectly or want to switch account types (from employer to employee or vice versa) you must Care Support. 

• When contacting support, make sure you include the email address your account is registered to and whether you wish to be an employer or an employee. 

How do I change my subscription type?

• Login and open the drop-down menu from the top of your screen and select Settings.

• Click on "Subscriptions & Payments."

• Next, click on "Change plan", on the right of your screen.

• On the next page you will see your current plan displayed at the top, with the available subscriptions underneath. The second half of the page shows you the premium features included with all subscriptions.

• Select the plan that best fits your needs by clicking on it, and then click "Next".

• On the next page, review your payment information and click on "Submit." You will see confirmation of your upgraded subscription on the screen, and an email will be sent you the email address on your account. 

How do I cancel my subscription?

• As they are a self-serve service, you are always able to cancel your subscription yourself through your Settings page. You can cancel at any time by following these few simple steps:

• Log in to your account.

• Go to the My Profile menu in the top right corner on a desktop. On a mobile device, this option is available from the drop-down menu.

• Click on Settings from the drop-down menu.

• On the next page, select Subscriptions & Payments.

• Next, click Cancel Subscription. Check your email for confirmation of your cancelled subscription! 

What payment methods do they accept?

• They accept most major credit cards, as well as VISA debit cards from some issuers, and Apple Pay. Unfortunately, our systems are not set up to accept regular debit cards, cheques, cash, or PayPal transactions at this time.

• The best way to see whether your method of payment will work for their site is to go through the subscription purchase process. 

• If your payment method is not accepted, you would need to retry with one of the accepted payment methods mentioned above. If your card is for some reason declined you will be shown a reason as to why it has been declined.
