What is their shipping policy?
Freight is calculated in their system according to size, weight, freight category and postal code. Their freight calculator communicates with several shipping companies to determine the lowest price in your location, including their volume discounts.
IceMachinesPlus. Com provides free shipping for selected products, as shown in each product. This offer only applies to 48 continental States and includes basic delivery fees. Expedited shipping or shipping to Alaska or Hawaii will not qualify for the free shipping promotion and will incur additional costs.
Unless otherwise specified, all standard shipments are "roadside delivery" only. This means that delivery drivers will only drive to the receiving dock of the hotel or as close to the entrance as possible. Larger restaurant equipment will be delivered by towing trailers.
What do I do if I recived a damaged item?
If you sign the waybill without indicating any damage, you have received the order / goods and are in good condition. Once this happens, it is impossible to claim for freight and will not be transferred from icemachinesplus Com reimburses freight, order costs, or any other expenses you incur.
