• Yes. Drinkmate offers a 2-year warranty for consumers and a 1-year warranty for commercial use. 

• The consumer life of Drinkmate Spritzer is 1 year, and the commercial life is 6 months. 

• This warranty applies only to the original purchaser or gift recipient. 

• Please keep your receipt so that you can file a warranty claim. 

• Carbon water bottles and caps are not under warranty.

Can I use other brands of cylinders in Drinkmate? 

• Yes, Drinkmate accepts other brands of standard threaded cylinders, and they can also accept these in their carbon dioxide exchange. 

• There are exceptions-some of their competitors have a disposable machine with a specific cylinder style that is only suitable for that particular machine-which are not suitable for Drinkmate. 

• And vice versa, Drinkmate cylinders are not suitable for this disposable machine.

Can Drinkmate accept 130L carbon dioxide cylinders? 

• No, the Drinkmate vending machine does not accept 130L sizes. 

• Drinkmate accepts 60L carbon dioxide cylinders sold in major chain stores.

When I'm carbonizing or relieving pressure, the foam rises too fast. What do I do? 

• Each drink bubbles in a different way. 

• If foam comes out of the foam injector when you relieve pressure, the next time you drink a carbonated drink, try these things: 

• Fill the bottle only half full, leaving more room for foam. Use a shorter burst of carbon dioxide. The waiting time between each carbonization explosion is longer. 

• The more you use DrinkMate desktops and Drinkmate Spritzer, the better you will be able to carbonize your favorite drinks.

How many bottles of carbonate can I hold in my carbon dioxide cylinder? 

• When carbonated water, 60L cylinders can have up to 60 litres of carbonate, while 10L (3 oz) cylinders can have up to 10 liters of carbonate. 

• Your results may be different, depending on how you use the machine with different drinks and how shiny you want. 

• They suggest that you keep one or two spare cylinders at home so that you can replace an empty cylinder with a full one when you need it.

How does the exchange process work? 

• When you place an order containing 2 or more cylinders on their website, they will automatically include a prepaid return label. 

• Once you have two or more empty cylinders, use / reuse the recycling bin and affix the reflux label provided to start the carbon dioxide exchange.
