What are the Reduced Price Guarantee terms and conditions?

The Reduced Price Guarantee is an opt-in service where you authorize them to find additional deals on the flights you book with them, which they then share with you in the form of an InsanelyCheapFlights gift card. When you purchase the Reduced Price Guarantee, they will search your exact itinerary within 24 hours of booking your flight for opportunities to realize additional savings on those flights. If they see an opportunity for additional savings, you authorize them to rebook the same itinerary you've purchased.

What is their cancellation policy?

Most of their tickets are 100% non-refundable. In some cases where the airline may allow cancellations, points may be valid for future purchases by the same passenger on the same airline. Letters of credit, usually issued by airline suppliers, have a specific expiry date beyond which they cannot be used. They encourage you to discuss other limitations attached to your credit with the customer service agent. All bookings that are permitted to be cancelled must be cancelled by calling their Customer Service Centre prior to the scheduled departure time of the first flight segment.
