Can I return my order? What is the Instalock return or exchange policy?
Yes.You must contact us for a Return Authorization number before mailing your returns.
Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt.
Items must be unused and in its original condition.
Items must be in original packaging.
You must have an original receipt or packing slip to complete your return.
You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us including any currency conversion and/or local or international taxes.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days or receipt.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method only.
Instalock reserves the right to withhold a 15% restocking fee for items that do not arrive in stockable condition, i.e. signs of wear, damaged, and/or missing parts.
Instalock reserves the right to withhold any refunds if your original items have not reached our warehouse.

How do I know if I have a mental door?
Hold the unit against your doors surface; if you feel a magnetic pull then you can follow the Metal Door instructions for Installation.
If you do not feel a magnetic pull, then use the Non-Metal Door instructions for installation. For all installations and troubleshooting we recommend you watch the easy to follow instructional videos.
How does Instalock work?
Instalock(R) is a unique patented system that attaches over you existing deadbolt thumb turn on the inside of your door using NO TOOLS for installation by magnetizing to your doors surface.
How long will my batteries last for?
Instalock(R) has a battery life of up to 5000 revolutions of opening and closing your door. Depending on usage, your batteries will last between six months and 1 year.
