What is the return policy of Intapol ?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase for un-customized or un-altered products, simply return the item to them within 15 days of receipt in its original condition. Items must be new and unused. Items must have no emblems, striping, hemming, or any customization. Please note that they do not provide UPS shipping labels and recommend to send back via trackable method. Must be within 15 days of delivery receipt. Total value must be $400 or less. Exchanges for same style only. Shipping charges from all orders are non-refundable. Any approved return that does not meet the above criteria is subject to a 10% re-stocking fee.
How about Intapol shipping policy ?
As of 2022, they only offer Standard UPS Ground Shipping and no longer offer 2nd Day or Next Day Air options in their checkout. Please also note that orders are not shipped same day and check shipping notification guidance for order processing times posted on their home page pop up alert. Most domestic U.S. orders are shipped within 4 to 7 business days. Any online shipping promotions are applicable for ground shipping within the continental United States only. For Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico additional fees apply, please add +$60 for UPS Ground rates and +$45.00 for 2nd Day Air rates.
