Can I use the same fonts shown on the sample invitation online?

If you would like them to replicate the sample fonts and/or layout shown, please specify this in the "Special Instructions" text box while placing your custom printed order. Special instructions will override your selected font. Please note: they may not have every font shown on every invitation, but they will do their best to replicate it as closely as possible.

Can I use more than one font?

Yes! Please specify what fonts you would like to use in the "Special Instructions" text box while placing your custom printed order.

Can I make an exchange at InvitationHouse?

They do not accept exchanges. (Please follow return procedure and repurchase new items separately).

Can I cancel my orders at InvitationHouse?

No changes or cancellations are accepted for orders which have already been processed for shipping.

What's the important shipping information?

• They do not offer delivery on Saturday, Sunday, or Statutory Holidays.

• Most items will ship out within 1 business days. Please allow additional travel time to reach your specified destination depending on the shipping method you choose.

• Blank stocks may be shipped directly from the manufactures. If your order contains items from various manufactures, the items may be shipped separately. Please allow additional 3-4 business days processing time.

• If the items are shipped separately from different manufacturers, there is a handling fee of $15.00 for Next Day Air, $10.00 for 2nd Day Air, and $3.00 for Ground Shipping.

What's the return and claim form?

In order for them to audit and process your claim promptly, please click the "Proceed" button at the bottom of this page to submit the required information. They will contact you within one business day upon receiving your return or claim request.

Can I make a return at InvitationHouse?

• Personalized Items are not returnable. (NON Resaleable Conditions)

• In the event of a return, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges. Returned merchandise is the customer's responsibility, therefore it is in your best interest to insure the returned package. InvitationHouse can not guarantee a replacement or refund if the merchandise returned is loss or damaged.

• To return merchandise, a Return Authorization Number is required. The Return Authorization Number is aquired by filling a Return/Claim Form. Please do NOT return any items without first filing a Return/Claim Form, AND having received a Return Authorization Number! Any merchandise returned without a Return Authorization Number becomes the property of InvitationHouse and will not be returned to customer, and no refunds or credits will be issued in this case.

Can I make a chargeback?

• If you issue and initiate a chargeback to your financial institution to avoid payment either by mistake or fraud, their merchant account imposes a processing fee to InvitationHouse. They will then assess a $25 processing fee for each chargeback to you with no exceptions. 

• They will notify you both by mail and email for you to remit the $25 administration fee plus the original purchase amount. If they do not receive the payment within 30 days from the date they notify you, they will assess an additional $10 administration fee for a total of $35 plus the original purchase amount. The case will then be turned over to their collection agency.
