How to clean the equipment?

When doing this, be sure to unplug the machine to avoid electric shock. Wash and dry thoroughly after cleaning.

Do I need to shake or flip the food at any time during cooking?

For best results, it's best to use the empty frying function during cooking and shake or flip the food when preset. When cooking in any oven mode (such as pizza), they recommend using heat-resistant gloves to rotate the food, pot or rack 180° to ensure uniform cooking.

Should I pay the shipping rate when I make a return?
