How do I cancel my order?

If a customer cancels an order, they will pay all payments they receive from them, including shipping charges (except for additional charges incurred by them due to your chosen delivery method being different from the best available standard delivery method offered) within fourteen days of the date they receive notice of cancellation. For such repayments, they will try to choose the payment method you used in the original transaction, unless the payment service does not offer a direct refund method, in which case they will contact the customer to find out how we can refund them in another way. In no case will the customer be charged for these repayments.

What is their return policy?

If you purchased the wrong game or no longer want the game, they can refund it and you must send back the key within 14 days (from the date of purchase). However, the key should not be redeemed. Keysworlds will not issue refunds simply because you are not satisfied with the product or your computer does not meet the minimum product requirements. Digital products that have been sent to the customer and for which the customer has received a product key that has not been redeemed can be returned and refunded. However, redemption is not included if you have redeemed a product key on the relevant activation platform. This is because product keys can only be redeemed once.

What is the refund process?

• They can refuse to pay back the money until they confirm that the goods are intact. As for the game keys, they are definitely not redeemed.

• If the delivery has been completed, the customer must immediately contact them by email needing to inform them of the cancellation.

• If the product key has been redeemed, the reimbursement of the initial payment is not included.
