Where can I purchase Klymit gear?

Can I cancel my Klymit order?

• To cancel an order please email them at [email protected] or call them at (888) 655-3632 within 30 minutes of purchase. Their support hours are Monday -Thursday, 9am - 5pm MST, Friday 9am - 1pm MST. 

• If you are past the 30 minute allotted time, your order has been prepared to ship and cannot be cancelled. If you email or call to cancel your order outside of our support business hours, your order will likely be prepared to ship and cannot be cancelled. 

• If your order has shipped and you would still like to cancel/return it, please email them at [email protected] within 24 hours of purchase and they can help by providing a pre-paid shipping label to use for returning your order. After 24 hours, fees may apply for return. 

Does Klymit offer international shipping?

Does Klymit offer a warranty on its products?

At Klymit, they are committed to the highest level of materials and workmanship. When purchased from an authorized dealer, all their products are 100% guaranteed against manufacturing and material defects. Klymit sleeping pads and inflatable pillows have a limited lifetime warranty. Klymit sleeping bags and backpacks are guaranteed for 2 years after the date of purchase. This warranty does not include damage from normal use, wear and tear, unauthorized changes or modifications, or any abuse or neglect.
