How long does it take to process the return?

While they try to process returns as soon as they are received, please allow up to 10 business days from the date you mailed your item(s) back for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation when complete.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once you receive your email indicating your return has been processed, you can expect to receive your credit in 3-5 business days.

Is there a return fee?

For US customers using their prepaid return, the cost of return shipping is free. For international orders, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

How do I request a return?

Can I include multiple orders in the same package?

Yes. Complete your return for both orders. Please be sure to include the return packing slips from each order in the package.

What is the shipping policy?

• Delivery estimates exclude weekends and holidays, and are pending credit card approval. KULE reserves the right to hold any order for suspected fraud and/or billing and shipping validation. 

• Affected customers will be notified by KULE Customer Service. All items sold via KULE Closet are final sale and cannot be returned. 

• All monogrammed products take an additional five btheminess days to process and ship. For shipments to Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands or APO/FPO addresses, their standard is First Class mail through the United States Postal Service. 

• Please theme an expedited shipping method for guaranteed delivery. They are unable to guarantee delivery time frames via UPS Ground. To track your order, please click the link in your confirmation email or email them at [email protected]. 

• Title and risk of loss for the items transfer to the recipient upon delivery to the common carrier in the United States.
