Can I cancel my order?

Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation* will be eligible for a full refund. Orders cancelled 1-3 days after payment is confirmed will be eligible for a partial refund including full shipping and 50% of the product purchase price. Orders cancelled 3 days after payment is confirmed will be eligible for a partial refund including full shipping. Once your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

How do returns and refunds work?

Contact their customer service within 3 days of your order delivery date. Include a description and photo explaining the reason for the return. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval from Customer Service. If you are returning or replacing clothing or accessories, please make sure they are in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair, and that the labels are intact and attached. For defective, damaged or mis-shipped items, you are eligible for a refund of the full purchase price plus shipping. If you believe your item was damaged during delivery, you must first obtain a "Proof of Damage" document from your delivery carrier.

What is their shipping policy?

At Simple-dress, every garment is made from scratch to the client's specifications. Currently they need 8-15 days for wedding party and special occasion dresses, celebrity dresses and 10-20 days for wedding dresses. thank you very much for your patience. Before your order can be shipped, Simple-dress must process your order and pass all of your items through its stringent quality control tests. Therefore, the total delivery time is not the same as the individual shipping time.

All payments are due after the order is completed. They accept most major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. They also accept Paypal as a payment method.
