What is their return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with an item, you can return it within 30 days of receipt. The item must be new, unused, in original condition and box; including all parts, accessories and packaging.
What is their shipping policy?
The $2.99 shipping fee for orders over $69 and weighing up to 20 pounds is valid only on Economy Shipping to 48 consecutive states. Order total does not include tax, shipping and handling, and processing fees. For all orders of 20 lbs or more, your Economy Shipping order will be charged a nominal fee of $0.30/lb. Please note that due to carrier restrictions, some products shipped to the 48 consecutive states must be sent by ground and are not eligible for economy shipping. Reduced shipping rates do not apply to oversized products that require auto shipping.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery time depends on product, stock status and delivery method. Usually, orders will be delivered to your home within 7-10 business days. Items shipped via common carrier can take up to three weeks to arrive. Exceptions are communicated on product information pages and in your shopping cart. On rare occasions, you will be notified by email when an in-stock item becomes unavailable after you place an order.
What is the oversize charge?
Products deemed to be oversized due to the weight or size of the shipping box will be shipped in Economy Class or Ground at the request of the shipping service provider. As shipping service providers add to the cost of larger or heavier items, an additional fee per oversized item will be added to the shipping fee.
Can I ship my order to Alaska or Hawaii?
Yes. In addition to shipping, there will be a $29.95 fee. Please note that shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will take longer than indicated in the table above. Shipping costs to Alaska and Hawaii are the result of added costs by the shipping service provider. Economy shipping is not an option for Alaska and Hawaii. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii can only ship by ground, next day and next day air.
