Does the product I buy from their website have a warranty?

Their boots come with a two-year warranty from the original date of purchase, make sure you keep a copy of your proof of purchase, which is required when validating your claim within two years. The two-year warranty is specific to products with manufacturing defects, but this is subject to reasonable wear and tear and does not cover product misuse, including color deterioration due to UV exposure, heat, chemicals, and general waste. Since the manufacturing process includes vulcanization, it is not possible to repair and re-vulcanize any rubber boots.

What is their shipping policy?

Your item will be shipped from their distribution center in the Central Region. They will ship your item via DPD and your order needs to be signed for at your delivery location. They offer free UK standard delivery (3 to 5 business days). They offer UK express (next business day) for £6.95. Please note that your order must be placed by noon to be shipped the same day. Express delivery is not available in parts of Scotland. Note that they cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.

How do returns and refunds work?

Items can be returned within 28 days of receipt of your order. You don't need to contact them to notify them of your return unless the item is defective or outside their 28 day policy.
