Where does LittleMissMatched ship?
Currently they cannot ship to any non-US address, including Puerto Rico. They currently ship to all 50 US states; Washington, DC; US PO Boxes; and APO addresses. Shipping options and fees offered at checkout will vary based on your shipping address.
How long does it take for my order to be processed?
They are currently unable to ship to Puerto Rico, only to PO Boxes and APO addresses via USPS Surepost. Note that their business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Orders placed after 11:00 AM EST will be processed the next business day. They do not ship or process orders on Saturday and Sunday. Customers can enjoy free shipping on orders over $75.
Can gifts be returned?
They are currently unable to provide gift receipts for online orders. If you have received a gift from LittleMissMatched and wish to return or exchange it, please contact their Customer Service Team at (914) 500-2060 or email [email protected].
What should I do with a refund?
They always want you to be very happy with your purchase! If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your item for a full refund within 30 days from the date of your order. Remember, all returned items must be in their original packaging, unwashed and unworn. Items that do not meet this standard or are non-returnable will be rejected. Returns received more than 30 days after the order date will not be accepted. Bikes: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
