When returning items, what rules do you have?
- Contact them to authorize the return and get shipping instructions before you ship the item.
- If you return an item without contacting them first, the return will not be processed.
- Return it within 30 days
- If the items you ordered are not what you expected, they will gladly offer a refund on your original method of payment within 30 days.
- Return new items only
- In the case of food, the packaging must be unopened.
- All returned items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Some items can't be returned, such as all clearance items, Gift cards, and HOLOS jars that are final sale.
- Please note that if the above four conditions are not met, the refund will not be processed and your item will be donated/discarded.
How long will it take to make a return?
They work hard to process your returns as quickly as possible.
Please allow up to 5 business days once the return package has been delivered to them.
You will receive a confirmation email and a refund will be issued to your original method of payment, once your return is processed.
Please note that it may take up to 15 business days for the return credit to be posted to your bank statement.
Do I need to pay the return's shipping cost?
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
The shipping process is out of their hands and they can't guarantee that they will receive your returned item.
If you are shipping an item over 75$, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Can I apply multiple discount codes to my order?
No, you can only apply one (1) discount code per order.
